World Tai Chi & Qigong Day is celebrated to increase the awareness and promotion of Tai Chi and Qigong to the world.  If you have been practicing Tai Chi or are curious about Tai Chi, World Tai Chi Day is your day!

Thousands will celebrate the health benefits of Tai Chi & Qigong by practicing at 10:00 AM local time all over the world.  Meet our instructors and students and learn about this amazing practice. The event is free and all our classes throughout the Verde Valley are free.
